Can I just walk in?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome. However, if you want personalized, uninterrupted service, we recommend booking an appointment.
How is this different from buying glasses online?
Great question. Online orders skip key steps—custom measurements, prescription verification, expert consultation, and follow-up care. At Beachside Optical, we ensure every pair is made to fit you—perfectly.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Most of our frames and lenses come with a 1–2 year manufacturer’s warranty. We’re happy to help with warranty support if needed.
What if my glasses don’t feel quite right after I get them?
We’ll check in with you two weeks after dispensing to make sure everything feels comfortable and your vision is clear. Adjustments are always free.
